Our 10-week basketball skills session program consists of weekly sessions designed to enhance participants’ fundamental abilities and game understanding.
Beginning with an introductory session for goal setting and skill assessments, subsequent weeks focus on key aspects of basketball. These include shooting mechanics, both off the dribble and catch-and-shoot scenarios, alongside ball handling techniques such as dribbling control and advanced moves.
