16 training sessions
Training sessions are twice per week.
Tuesday 4.00pm – 5:15pm
Thursday 4.00pm – 5:15pm
You can join the program at any time and we’ll only charge you for the remaining sessions on a pro rata basis.

- Agility & footwork
- Games & basketball awareness
- Mindfulness training
Age category policy
This training program is designed for players born in 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016 .

- Performance T shirt
- Performance shorts
- HCA embroidered cap
- Bottomless Gatorade cup
- Signed Sydney Kings and Flames player cards
- 10% of school holiday programs
- 3 Game membership to the Kings or Flames
