Hoops Capital Academy will be holding elite basketball training classes in term 3 for invited athletes identified by the association or advertised through junior channels.

Our eight-week elite classes (capped at 20 athletes to ensure quality and individualised content for athletes) will focus on:

  • Advanced ball handling.
  • Shot creation.
  • Elite footwork.
  • Finishing moves.
  • Improving your high basketball IQ.

Each participant will receive:

  • A playing singlet and shorts.

  • Coaching from Sydney Flames assistant coach Will Granger.

  • Organised Zoom session with one Sydney Kings or Sydney Flames player.

  • Organised Zoom session with a Sydney Kings or Flames coach.

  • Organised meet and greet with Kings and Flames team at a training session or game.

  • Organised Zoom sessions with Sydney Flames and Kings Wellness and Strength and Conditioning coach
