Program Details
The Hoops Capital Academy Royals will be joining Easts Basketball League in term 4 for children aged 12, 13 and 14 (as of end 2023).
Team training will be twice a week at our new facility in Moore Park on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons from 5:15pm till 6:30pm.
Games will be played at Inner Sydney High School on Sundays with games between 11am and 1pm.
Hoops Capital Royals will be made up of 8 – 10 players who will have access to expert coaching and engagement with the Sydney Kings and Sydney Flames professional basketball teams.

- Ball handling.
- Shot development.
- Footwork.
- Finishing moves.
- Basketball IQ.
Age category policy
Kids aged 12-14 years.
