Program Details
The Hoops Capital Academy Royals will be joining Easts Basketball League in term four for children aged 9, 10 and 11 (as of the beginning 2023).
Team training will be once a week at our new facility in Moore Park on a Wednesday afternoon from 4pm till 5:15pm.
Games will be played at Hoops Capital East, Moore Park on a Friday with the first games starting from 5pm.
Hoops Capital Royals will be made up of 8 – 10 players who will have access to expert coaching and engagement with the Sydney Kings and Sydney Flames professional basketball teams.
Program Focus Areas
Key focus areas that will be covered by our coaches include:
- Ball handling.
- Shot development.
- Footwork.
- Finishing moves.
- Basketball IQ.
Age category policy
Kids aged 9-11 years.
